Lake Life Cabin in Bear Lake | Dog Friendly

Great place!

We really enjoyed our two night stay here! Place was clean, spacious, beautiful view. Communication was excellent with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here for your bear lake trip!

I cannot in good conscience leave your place a 5 star review. First of all in talking with our renters in the area, we were way over charged for our stay. Now for the reasons for my 1 star review, the yard was over grown with weeds to the point that we could barely find a safe path to the front door. The porch railing is broken and nearly cause a fall. The house was not clean. Even the walls needed repair. I have made a detailed list and took several pictures of items in house that were broken, hazardous and unappealing. The carpet on the stairs is coming off leaving a tripping hazard, the carpet in the living room is coming up exposing the carpet tacks which was dangerous. There is a broken window in the bedroom that has been taped together. There are hole in the walls where I assume picture once hung. The paint in the bathroom is badly peeling, there were bugs in one of the beds, the mattresses were in awful shape, the sheets were worn thin to the point of a rip down the sheet on the bed. The deck is in need of great repair, the floor gave us slivers and the railing is dangerously unstable. The picnic table was broken up leaving sharp edges. The kitchen faucet leaks and appliances in the pantry were grossly dirty. We had to wash everything before using because it was dirty. The table is extremely sticky and made for unpleasant dinning. The so called game room smelled and was nearly a storage room with broken paddles and worn couch. Then we find out we had to take trash
