Location is ideal if you planning on visiting parks in the area with plenty of places to eat close by. The house was fantastic beds mattresses were all good quality the pool /hot tub were clean and maintained. The size and layout of house was perfect. BBQ was large as well as outdoor deck and yard. When we had a question host replied quickly . Will definitely return.Check out was easy,

Overall nice house.

We had a great stay in La Verkin. Easily accessible, friendly neighborhood and close to Zion without the price of Springdale. Our host was so communicative and answered every question I had. Enough room for all the kids to spread out and have their own bed.
